In the rare case that you aren't satisfied with the product delivered, find the product is not 'As described' on our website, or is received in a 'damaged' condition, we allow you to Initiate a return within 48 hours of delivery.
Once the product is received back at our Publisher’s warehouse in its original condition, along with the delivery challan or a proof of purchase, - upon verification you will be eligible for exchange as per policy terms.
1. Contact Customer support service (customer.support@penguinrandomhouse.in) to initiate your return request.
2. The customer shall email the image of the product delivered to customer service team for verification. Upon approval by customer service team, the Exchange process be initiated.
3. Pickup and Delivery of your order will be scheduled by the Publisher in case of exchanges or replacements, if applicable as per policy.
4. Once we receive the product at Publisher warehouse, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in the same condition as it was sent to you in.
1) Exchange and Returns will be accepted by Publisher warehouse if and only if the customer initiates request within 48 hours of delivery and subject to verification and approval from customer service team.
2) No Refund shall be granted to customer for the Returns or Exchanges except for a case wherein Book Publisher is not able to procure the required title within the stipulated time
Subject to Returns and Exchange policy, Refund will only be initiated if book publisher is not able to replace or exchange the product as per the order description.
Once your return is received and inspected, Publisher will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 8-10 Working days.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Books with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is notified more than 2 days after delivery.
